“I absolutely love the office team Carolyn, Yennette, and Wendy are amazing! They’ve always worked with me and responded quickly whenever I needed something. I don’t understand the negative reviews because my experience has been great, especially being a second-chance renter. I haven’t had any issues at all. Everyone’s experience is different, but for me, the staff has been nothing but helpful and kind.”

“It's basically a good and inexpensive place to live. The staff and maintenance are awesome. The only problem is they need wheelchair ramps and some tenents have a bunch of stuff on their patios other than patio furniture. Also there are car repairs that could be necessary but some are extensive and makes some areas look bad. Also pool area could use and uplift”

“I moved in yesterday and had a few things that needed to be fixed and ready before we could fully move in and they got it down within 30 mins. Today is a Saturday and I needed maintenance to fix something and even though they don't usually work on Saturdays they came and got the job done within a few hours. The apartments are nice, office staff has so far gone above and beyond trying to make sure we are happy and the apartment is ready. I have never seen or even heard of service like this. No apartment is "perfect" but they are giving perfect service! Hands down I can't wait to live here and see where things go.”
